SECURITY POLICY

The advancement of computers and networks today has greatly contributed to improving the efficiency of business activities, and they have become an essential part of the Company’s management foundation. At the same time, information risks such as leaking of personal information are increasing, and information security is becoming an increasingly important issue for companies.
The Company shall establish and implement the following policy in order to protect business partners' information and the Company’s information assets (information and information systems) from threats such as loss, theft, destruction, and unauthorized access.

1. Information security efforts

The Company, as part of its compliance activities, shall comply with relevant laws, established standards, and other norms, and shall work to build and ensure information security measures that comply with them.

2. Management of information assets

The Company recognizes the importance of information security and shall continue to make improvements to ensure safety under appropriate management in order to protect information assets.

3. Response to incidents

The Company shall do its utmost to prevent incidents related to information security, and in the unlikely event of an incident, promptly take appropriate measures, including not only incident response measures but also recurrence prevention measures.
