The TPB-200 tea bag manufacturing machine makes 200 tea bags per minute. You can use ultrasonic sealable woven or nonwoven filter roll material, thread and tag, each of which will last many hours once mounted. You do not need to use special filter materials with tag and thread attached by someone else. Also, the sensors mounted on the equipment will detect the defects such as tape joint and will automctically eject the faulty bags, thus enabling the truly automatic production with very minimal down time.
Therefore, the machine can be operated for a long time.

The TEB-200 Enveloper packs pyramid type tea bags or any other type of tea bags at a speed of 200 envelopes per minute. TEB-200 can be operated as an individual enveloping machine, while if combined and synchronized with TPB-200 tea bag manufacturing machine, they work as an automatic tea bagging and enveloper line.
